Production and rights
Official imagery is used only with explicit permission covering the page, credit, placement, duration and permitted commercial context.
This page explains what the independent Casebook can offer, what it will never imply, and what must be agreed before material or commercial links are published.
Official imagery is used only with explicit permission covering the page, credit, placement, duration and permitted commercial context.
Practical visitor information remains useful without payment and links back to current official sources.
Commercial links are labelled at the point of use and never determine evidence, location facts or editorial conclusions.
The partnership route is webmaster@theludwigcasebook.co.uk. Do not send confidential production material or licensed assets until scope and handling have been agreed.
The first request is limited to three to five precisely identified assets. It is auditable, revocable and does not seek unrestricted archive access.
The request should ask the licensor to specify territory, term, permitted crops, mandatory credits, takedown contact, social-preview use and whether commercial or affiliate pages are excluded.
The initial portrait request should name Ben Ashenden, Rumi Sutton, Mark Bonnar, Sian Clifford and Michael Wildman, and ask whether the same approved credit, crop, term and territory can apply to each profile. Until then, the directory remains intentionally text-first.
ITV's public contact guidance separates programme-information enquiries, archive material and picture publicity. The Casebook should begin by asking the relevant rights-holder to route a licensing enquiry; receiving a file or press link would not itself grant reuse.
Before an official image goes live, the Casebook will offer the licensor its page placement, caption, crop, display size and credit wording for approval. Any changes outside the agreed use will require a fresh check.
