Three image classes

What may appear

  • Licensed official material: only under written permission identifying the asset and use.
  • Open-licence photography: only after creator, source, licence version and attribution are recorded.
  • Original fan artwork: clearly labelled and kept visually distinct from programme material.
Excluded by default

What will not be copied

  • Programme screenshots, press images or key art without written permission.
  • Agency portraits or social-media photographs without an applicable licence.
  • Artwork whose creator or provenance cannot be established.
  • Images supplied for one campaign reused for advertising, merchandise or another purpose.
Commercial firewall

Official imagery will not sell travel

Editorial permission does not become advertising permission.

No advertising placement

Official programme images will not appear inside affiliate cards, booking buttons, paid placements or retailer creative.

No implied endorsement

No image of a performer, venue or programme will suggest endorsement of the Casebook, Does Your Duck Quack or an affiliate provider.

Separate consent

Social previews, crops, promotional posts and any commercial adjacency require permission where the licence does not already cover them.
