See the shop before you travel

The florist publishes real shop-front photographs and an inside-the-shop gallery. Open those official pages to see the venue. The Casebook has not copied the photographs because reuse permission or a free licence has not been confirmed.

The official images show the shop, not a verified Ludwig camera frame. Shop displays can change with the season.

Venue background

The real shop

Bramble & Moss describes itself as an independent Richmond florist working with seasonal flowers and plants. Its public site offers arrangements, collection, delivery and workshops. This is a working business rather than a set or a dedicated television attraction. Official shop site

The shop occupies No. 64 within the Grade II-listed 62–66 Hill Rise building. Historic England dates the building to the late eighteenth or early nineteenth century and highlights its late-nineteenth-century shopfront. A 1975 archive photograph of the same frontage shows it when it was a chemist, before Bramble & Moss occupied it. The historical image is linked for comparison, not reproduced here; it does not show the present shop or a Ludwig frame.

Production record

The Ludwig connection

TV Guide’s location report identifies the florist in Series 2 Episode 4 as this shop at 64 Hill Rise. The Casebook has not independently matched a broadcast frame to the shop front or confirmed whether any interior was filmed here. The snooker setting and other episode locations remain separate, unresolved records.

Visitor practicalities

Plan a visit

  • Address: 64 Hill Rise, Richmond, TW10 6UB. The shop’s own visit page confirms the address.
  • Published opening hours: Monday–Saturday 9:30am–6pm; Sunday 11am–5pm. These can change on holidays or for business reasons; confirm before setting out.
  • Public transport: Richmond station is served by rail, District line and London Overground. Check the live TfL station page and plan the final route to Hill Rise.
  • Parking: Use the council’s current Richmond car-park list; do not assume parking at the shop.
  • Access and photography: Step-free entry and interior access details are not published on the shop’s visit page. Contact the shop about your needs, and ask staff before photographing inside.
  • Facilities: The shop’s visit page does not confirm a customer toilet. For public facilities, search 64 Hill Rise in the Richmond council toilet finder; it can filter for accessible toilets and baby changing. The council says participating Community Toilet Scheme businesses are free to use during their opening hours, without making a purchase. Check the selected facility’s current opening before travelling.
  • Contact: The shop publishes 020 8332 2268 on its visit page.

Visitor information checked 20 September 2026. This is a small working shop: visit as a customer and respect staff and other visitors.
