Biography

Professional overview

Pablo Raybould plays Barry in Ludwig Series 1 Episode 5. His professional work also spans acting, writing and directing. In a 2015 interview, Raybould described moving from the motor trade into professional acting after taking part in amateur dramatic societies, and said he had worked in theatre both onstage and as a director.

Raybould said that a play he took to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2002 contained characters he later developed for his comedy-horror feature The Snarling. He wrote and directed that film and acted in it. Speaking ahead of its Horror-on-Sea screening, he described his interest in combining comedy with suspense and the practical demands of making a low-budget feature.

His later screen work includes Norman in Johnny Barrington’s Silent Roar, a role named in the film’s distributor press notes. These are selected milestones, not a complete dated CV; a current representative and full professional training record have not been established.
