Biography

Film and television career

Jason Flemyng is among the performers BritBox announced for the forthcoming 2026 Ludwig Christmas special. His character has not been publicly named. Flemyng’s representative’s CV documents a career stretching from Guy Ritchie’s Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch to Stardust, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, X-Men: First Class and Great Expectations.

On television, 42 lists Danny Quinn in Primeval, King Edmund in The Last Kingdom, Sir George Yeardley in Jamestown and Lord James Harwood in Pennyworth. The same record includes The Missing, Black Mirror and The Walk-In. These are selected, source-backed credits, not a complete filmography.

Stage and other work

From the RSC to producing

The distributor’s Great Expectations production notes record stage work including Coriolanus, As You Like It and All’s Well That Ends Well with the Royal Shakespeare Company. The notes identify his screen part in that film as Joe Gargery; 42’s CV confirms the credit.

A 2019 industry report recorded Flemyng joining collaborators to launch the independent production company The Kernel Factory. This is a historical career milestone, not a claim about the company’s current operations. An authorised showreel is linked from his representative’s current page; it is not copied or embedded here.

Skills

Current casting specifications

The agency CV establishes experience across screen and stage. It does not publish a current list of accents, languages, measurements or specialist skills on the page checked here. Those details remain unlisted.

Training

LAMDA alumnus

LAMDA’s alumni news identifies Flemyng among its alumni. It does not give a course or graduation date in that notice, so neither is inferred here.

Awards and recognition

Individual awards audit open

The productions in Flemyng’s CV include acclaimed and award-nominated work, but those honours are not automatically his individual awards. A direct awarding-body record is needed before listing personal nominations or wins.

Representation and availability

42 Management & Production

42 currently lists Flemyng and names Kate Buckley as his representative, with links to an authorised showreel and Spotlight. Use the live representative page for professional enquiries and current availability; this guide does not publish private contact information.
